Richard M Sullivan CEO of Signum Intelligence comes to the Private Sector straight from the front line of Cyber Crime Investigations. Prior to starting his own Private Investigative Firm Richard retired from the New York City Police Department's Elite Computer Crimes Squad. While assigned to the Computer Crimes Squad, Detective Sullivan had an exceptional record and handled many high profile successfull cases.

At Signum Intelligence we utilize and have been trained in the best most advanced state of the art Computer Forensic Equipment available, including Guidance Software "Encase V-6", Access Data's "Forensic Tool Kit" and Intelligent Computer Solutions " Image Master Solo 3".

Richard has earned the Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) designation from the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners. The primary purpose of this certification is to measure if the applicant understands and uses sound evidence handling and storage procedures and follows sound forensic examination procedures when conducting examinations.
